Toni Braxton, who gained popularity for her song “Unbreak My Heart,” revealed that her three-year-old son was recently diagnosed with autism soon after placing him in school last year in Las Vegas.
The famous soul singer couldn’t hold back her tears. “I got all emotional when I found out. And when you’re just finding out about something, it takes a while to really get used to it,” Toni Braxton said. She adds that her youngest child, Diezel, showed the usual symptoms when he was two years old, like difficulty in communicating. He also manifested a lack of interest in playing with the other kids.
Toni Braxton broke down while in an interview in a recent New York telecast of “The View”. She had agreed to appear as a guest on the popular show to help promote awareness in autism specially among young children.
